My store is launching this week and more focus is being put on minority shoppers (binders/padded clothing/large sizes etc)

OMG I took a Women’s Health class at my college (a very expensive private college with tons of “feminists” and “accepting” types) and when we talked about depression in women everyone was just like “exercise it away” because, you know, A) That works…
I’m in no way denying the scientific facts of exercise lifting moods in certain depressed people, but our bodies are all so different that it is not a catch all for everyone, not by a long-shot.

I made vegan spinach Alfredo! I forgot to make some chik’n cutlets, but it tasted great without it. I used daiya and soy milk and spices for the sauce.
